Tips for Using This Template
Specify bandwidth requirements in Mbps, not "fast internet." Calculate: 2 Mbps per streaming channel plus 0.5 Mbps per connected attendee device.
Require a dedicated hardwired internet connection for the streaming/production setup — never rely on shared venue Wi-Fi for mission-critical systems.
Bring backup adapters for every common connector type: HDMI, USB-C, DisplayPort, and Lightning. Speaker laptop compatibility issues are the most common tech failure.
