2. Content changes
Under the tab the screen reads Every change to this event, who made it, and what it was before.
Changes are grouped by day, newest first. Each entry is one sentence naming who made the change and what it did. Select an entry to see each field before and after. When one action changes many records at once — an AI assistant adding 40 speakers, for example — it is one entry that expands to show every record it touched.
Removals are marked more strongly than other changes: a red edge and a N removed label, whether one record was removed or forty. When a record is removed, the entry keeps the whole record as it was, so you can see exactly what was lost.
| The entry names | Meaning |
|---|---|
| A person | The change was made by that team member. Today that covers edits to the event's details on the web and changes made through AI — the dashboard assistant or an AI assistant you connected. |
| The system | The change and its before and after are recorded, but not who made it. This is how History currently shows changes from most other dashboard screens — session, speaker, sponsor and exhibitor edits, the Import buttons on those pages — and registrations. History names nobody rather than guessing. |
| WebMobi Support (…, acting as …) | A WebMobi support operator made the change on your behalf, with the support case shown. |
Press Show earlier changes at the bottom to load older entries. An event with no recorded changes shows No changes recorded for this event yet.
How to confirm it worked
- Make a small change (for example a session description), reopen History: the change is at the top, and selecting it shows the old and new text.
- Import a file of speakers from the Speakers page: the speakers it added appear record by record, attributed to The system.
