Give your team access, register people at the door, watch check-ins live, and keep your event's dates and web address right — and check each change yourself.
Before event day: rehearse check-in with your team on a practice event and pass the readiness gate. Event-day dry run: prove your team is ready
Decide who can run your event with you, and what each person is allowed to do.
Three kinds of people can manage an event:
Organization Members and Viewers are not admins of your events. To let one of them help, invite them to the event as a teammate.
Register someone who arrives without a registration and check them in, in one step.
Check in a registered attendee who doesn't have their badge with them. You need the Manage registrations permission.
Watch one event's check-ins, devices and recent arrivals on a single screen. Available on Enterprise plans.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Checked In | People checked in to the whole event. Check-ins to a single session aren't counted here. |
| Pending | People registered but not checked in yet. |
| Registered | Confirmed registrations. |
| Check-in Rate | The share of registered people who have checked in. |
| Recent Check-ins | The last 10 people checked in, with their ticket and time. |
| Active Devices | Phones and computers that have scanned badges for this event, with their last scan time and number of scans. A green dot means it scanned in the last 24 hours. |
| By Ticket Type | Checked in / total for each ticket. |
| Entry Points | Shown only if your event has entry points set up. |
Where the buttons go. Scan Mode and Open check-in open the event's Event Check-In page, where you scan badges. Walk-in Registration under Quick Actions opens the same page with the Walk-in form already open.
Set when your event runs and the time zone its times are shown in.
Sessions keep the same clock time in the new time zone — 9:00 AM stays 9:00 AM. That means the real moment moves: a 9:00 AM session in Pacific Time becomes 9:00 AM Eastern Time, three hours earlier. If you only picked the wrong time zone by mistake, that's what you want. If the sessions were already at the right moment, check each session time after saving.
Your event URL (sometimes called the slug) is the web address people use to open your event page. You can change it yourself, and the old address keeps working.
See who changed your event and who checked in whom — on which device, when, and whether it was offline.
