Three CSV files, three questions: who attended each session, who has arrived, and what is on the agenda. Here is what each file holds and where it stops.
WebMobi exports attendance and event data as CSV files from the web dashboard. The attendance report (Analytics → Export CSV) lists who attended each session with in and out times in the event's time zone. The attendee check-in list (Check-In → Export List) lists every registration with whether they attended and when they first checked in. The agenda export (Sessions → Export) writes your sessions in a form you can edit and import back.
For how reporting fits into check-in overall, see Session check-in and attendance.

| File | Time format |

| Agenda | Wall clock in the event's time zone, plus a Time Zone column. |
If your event's time zone is wrong, fix it first in the event's settings — see event dates and time zone — then export again.
Open the event, choose Analytics, make sure the switch at the top is on Live, and choose Export CSV. The section “Session Check-ins (who attended each session)” has one row per visit with the in and out times.
On the event’s Check-In page, open the All Attendees tab and choose Export List: each row has the name, email, phone, registration number, ticket, Attended (Yes or No) and the first check-in time, for up to 500 registrations.
CSV, which opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. None of these three exports produces an .xlsx file.
All three files use the event’s own time zone and name it: the attendance report and Export List in each time, the agenda in its Time Zone column.
Yes. The agenda export writes times as the event’s wall clock and uses headings the importer reads, so a file can go out and back in without sessions moving. Importing adds sessions that are not already there; it does not change or remove existing ones.
No. Exports are on the web.
No. History is viewed on screen only.
The attendance report needs View analytics; the Check-In page needs Manage registrations; the agenda export needs Edit event. The event creator and your organization’s owners and admins can do all three.
