Four real ways to go from idea to a draft event
Every path lands you in the same place — an editable event draft. If you connected your AI in step 1, the fastest route is simply to ask it. Otherwise, the manual quick form takes about 30 seconds.
From your connected Claude or ChatGPT, just describe the event. For example:
Create and publish my AI conference in Bengaluru on March 15This calls webmobi_create_event. Want a reference to clone? Ask for webmobi_get_demo_event to see a fully built example event.
Go to /dashboard/create/quick and fill in just three fields:
It saves a draft (free, in-person, conference defaults) and drops you into the editor at /dashboard/create?eventId=….
Free tier: 2 events/month, unlimited attendees.
At /dashboard/create/agentic, upload a spreadsheet — the AI parses it, asks a few clarification questions, then creates the event.
Access is gated by an onboarding qualification check; if you're not yet qualified, you'll see a request-access screen with a "Watch How It Works" demo.
/dashboard/create offers an AI chat with live preview. On Enterprise/BYOK plans this shows the chat directly. On every other plan it shows the "Build your event with Claude or ChatGPT" MCP call-to-action that routes you to /mcp/connect (Path 1) or the quick form (Path 2).
In-person events require a venue before they can be published. You can add that now or when you reach the publish step.
