Add sessions, speakers and sponsors — by hand, by spreadsheet, or in bulk through your AI
Each event has its own management pages. Replace [eventId] with your event's id:
/dashboard/events/[eventId]/sessions/dashboard/events/[eventId]/speakers/dashboard/events/[eventId]/sponsors/dashboard/events/[eventId]/exhibitors and /locationsStart from your events list at /dashboard/events and open the event you just created.
Each page has an Add / Edit dialog (the Session, Speaker and Sponsor dialogs). Fill the form and save.
Times, tracks and descriptions
Bios and headshots
Tiers and logos
Assign speakers to a session from /dashboard/events/[eventId]/sessions/[sessionId]/speakers (the "manage speakers" view).
Each page also has an Import (Upload) button. It accepts a spreadsheet — .xlsx, .xls or .csv — and while it uploads you'll see “Importing your-file.xlsx…” on the page. When it finishes, the counts stay on screen: created, updated, already present, and any rows that failed, listed so you can fix them.
Import speakers before your agenda. A session row links people who are already on the event; it never creates them. In the other order you get your sessions with no speakers attached, and no error to tell you why.
An import only ever adds new records and updates ones already there. It never removes anything — on any page: sessions, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors or attendees.
To remove something, delete it on its own page — open the record's menu and choose Delete or Remove. That is the only way.
This is deliberate: it means a mis-saved spreadsheet can never wipe your agenda.
