Step 4 — Tickets & Registration

Free or paid tickets, payment connectors, and opening sign-ups

There is no /tickets page

Ticket types live inside each event's Settings, not on a separate page. Everything below lives under /dashboard/events/[eventId]/settings (with [eventId] being your event).

1

Ticket types — Settings → Tickets tab

Open your event's Settings and select the Tickets tab to create and manage ticket types.

To enable paid tickets:

First turn off the "Free Event" toggle on the Registration tab. That tab also controls capacity, the waitlist, currency, and whether registration confirmation emails are suppressed.

2

Payments — Settings → Payments tab

Connect a gateway with one-click OAuth — no API keys to paste. You get redirected to the gateway to authorize:

  • Stripe — global, 135+ countries
  • Razorpay — India / SEA

Only Stripe and Razorpay are connectable today. Zoom is coming soon and is not yet integrated.

View per-event payment transactions at /dashboard/events/[eventId]/payments.

3

Registrations

View and manage registrants at /dashboard/events/[eventId]/registrations — you can export to CSV, XLSX or JSON.

  • Add a registrant manually at /dashboard/events/[eventId]/registrations/new — it defaults the ticket to "Manual/Complimentary".
  • Attendees self-register on your public event page once published.
  • Import a list of attendees from a spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xls or .csv). Like every import on WebMobi, it adds and updates only — it never removes anyone.

Removing a registrant is a separate action

To take someone off the list, remove them on the Registrations page. Taking their row out of your spreadsheet does not remove them, and re-importing a file that still contains them will bring them back.

Next Step

Tickets and registration are configured. Set up check-in for the day of the event.
